Prayer points in red

Hi Phil (All),

Just an update of what's going on with God's church here in Manila. Attached  are the  photos taken last Sunday when we dedicated the lot for the construction of the church building and below is our prayer items;

1.Locational Clearance for signature of the Mayor so I can apply the Excavation and Building permit.Without such Permit we can't start excavating the land.

2.Certificate of registration from the Bureau of Internal Revenue was  released last Friday afternoon so we can pay the Transfer Tax by Monday, proceed to Registry of Deeds to get the Title of the Land under the name of Newfrontiers Philippines.

3.No heavy rain downpour during construction time from 8am to 5pm, Mon to Sat.

4.A copy of the Soil Test from DMCI to help the Engineers in determining the actual diameter of the bar to be used so we can save money.

5.That our money in the bank as of now is P2.322M based on the current exchange rate of US$ to P46.15. We  have already paid the Architect Professional Fee of P100K and the on going barracks construction, materials purchased, two weeks wages  working  and processing documents.

6.That the first phase of construction covers three months  which will accomplish the ground to second floor ceiling, doors, windows, plaster inside estimated cost P2.975M (buidling materials), P730,800K (wages), P339,300K (Management Fee) totaling to P4,045M. Said amount will hopefully decrease once the soil test is obtained and work out for a productive but lesser labor cost.

7.I had a meeting with Vista de Lago Property Manager last Thursday and I informed her of our project.  Hopefully, we will not get any complaint from our neighbor and no damage in the pre cast perimeter fence will happen once the footing  will start.

Honestly, the project is a hard task and needs the support of all members. Kindly remember us in your prayer as we value them very much.We believe God will grant our desire to have  250 people sitting capacity sanctruary for the glory of God.

Much love,

Eden
