The church is led by a joint team and overseen by Dave Harper (Matlock) and Tim Davis (Buxton)
Adrian Knight
Adrian and his family moved to Chesterfield four years ago to help plant the church. He serves on the leadership team, leads worship and is developing a worship team. Adrian and his wife Ginny also lead a community group together. He enjoys parties (especially fancy dress), eating with friends and walks in the countryside.
David Newman
Gaynor and Dave joined Church in the Peak Matlock two years ago, having moved to Bakewell from South Yorkshire; to be nearer to Dave's work. Dave works as a teacher in a Secure
Children's Home; whilst Gaynor is a retired District Nursing Sister. Dave has been involved in various aspects of ministry in the past and Gaynor has been involved in two overseas missions with Mission Direct. They have come to Church in the Peak Chesterfield and are happy to serve the congregation in every way possible.
Stuart Cuthbert
Stuart has been a Christian for over seven years, he became a Christian on an Alpha Course run by the church and is now a leader. He and his wife Isobel now manage the churchAlpha
Course. Stuart is helping us develop our evangelist outreach strategy.
